One of the best sushi restaurants I visited in Philadelphia had the freshest ingredients carefully selected daily by the owner, Madame Saito, herself, who is a fantastic host and prides herself in being the inventor of the original "Philadelphia Roll" over 30 years ago. The eclectic venue of live music enhances the fun atmosphere exuded by this place, making it by far the best sushi in the area.
