I was pleasantly surprised by Cafe Sabor's Tex-Mex cuisine, which was flavorful despite not being authentic Mexican food. The service was great, and even though the salsa wasn't very spicy, the overall experience in this busy yet welcoming spot near Bear Lake was impressive.
