The chicken dishes here seriously take me back to the islands, and the flavors in everything from the coconut rice to the mac and cheese were spot on. I tried a mix of small plates, and while the collard greens were a bit garlicky for my taste, the oxtail completely blew me away with its bold, rich flavor. Although my order took a little longer and they swapped green beans for cabbage, every bite was worth the wait-I'm definitely ordering again soon.

The chicken dishes here are absolutely delicious, offering a taste of the islands that will leave you craving more. While I wish they had more fish options, the overall experience of this takeout meal was wonderful.

There is no better Caribbean cuisine in Harlem. This restaurant has been in Harlem for years and has stood the test of time. The second generation is running it now and doing better than the first, which is rare. Some of my favorites include chicken roti, always get the curried chick peas and potato. super delicious. They also now serve a traditional West Indian and Southern breakfast
