Sui Yep Cafe in Saint Paul/Minneapolis has been my go-to for Chinese food for the past 8 years. The Mongolian beef and General Tso's chicken are my absolute favorites, always tender and flavorful. The classic egg rolls are a must-try, and the setup for picking up takeout is safe and efficient. Give them a try for delicious and affordable Chinese cuisine that will surely leave you satisfied!
