Stopping by this Colombian bakery in South Edison, NJ, I enjoyed fresh, warm pastries like buñuelos and pandebono, along with flavorful dishes such as Desayuno Paisa featuring Colombian chorizo and arepa con queso. The staff was friendly and eager to explain the menu, making it easy to try new items like Mazamorra and tropical juices. Though the space is cozy, the clean, modern ambiance and consistently delicious food keep me coming back to explore more of their authentic offerings.
