Visited on 01.25.15. Placed order for double-scoop ice cream and a shake. The young lady assisting us was a pleasure. Unfortunately a VERY rude older lady entered the business and began saying over and over to the young lady "you know that almond joy ice cream is a $1.08 extra." The young girl stated to the lady she charged us already. The VERY RUDE older lady came to the window and said "that will be $1.08 extra." I informed her we already paid. She kept about the $1.08 in a very rude way. I gave her $1.25 and said to keep the change since she was so insistent. I also told her we would not be back due to her rude behavior. Her reply was "that is fine." VERY RUDE person indeed. As I attempted to point out that her attitude was unacceptable, I had a window closed in my face. I think most people with common sense would have taken time to listen; not very good business practice whomever the VERY RUDE lady is! Out of sheer principle, we will not be back! Life is too precious to be around such a sour attitude! I hope you got your $1.08 worth lady! My suggestion is to invest in a business 101 class and entertain some common sense when dealing with customers. To be fair, the ice cream (which we had in hand from the younger lady) was good. It was the secondary service that was outrageous.
