When I found out the original Lago Azul had opened a new location, I was excited to try it and was impressed by the generous portions and flavorful dishes like the Pollo con Crema and Carne Asada. The owner, Archie, creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere with her humor and attentiveness, making every visit feel like dining with family, and the spicy salsa and fresh margaritas always keep me coming back.

This restaurant in Des Moines, WA, now has a new location that we recently visited. The food portions are generous and of good quality, especially the Pollo con Crema, the Soup, and the Carne Asada. The margaritas made with fresh juice are highly recommended by other patrons, even though I'm not a fan myself. The service provided by the family of owners is friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience enjoyable.
