The nurses at the ER have consistently shown exceptional levels of compassion and empathy during my visits, making me feel well taken care of each time. I have been a loyal patient at the healthcare center for over 40 years, and my family has also received great care there. Despite some issues with the phone system, the efficient and caring service provided by the staff, especially during these challenging times, is truly commendable.
