Between gambling sessions, stopping at Julian Serrano's bar for uniquely delicious cocktails like the perfectly balanced Aqua de Serrano, enjoying attentive service and flavorful tapas such as scallops, chorizo, and pan tomate, and savoring standout dishes like the squid ink seafood paella and mushroom soup in an elegant, well-spaced setting with friendly staff, I found the overall experience to be fantastic, with just a minor note on occasional slow service and a somewhat limited menu.
