Food, service, and prices were good. BUT, when the check arrived I pulled out my American Express card. I was told, SORRY, we don't take that card. I didn't make a sceen but did ask my server to tell the manager that we would not be back. Can't believe a nice place in Money Venice is too cheap. Server said it's too expensive to offer the Am/Ex card. She did say she would tell the owner. In the mean time, we will continue to eat at other places that cater to our charge card needs. My wife and I eat out a lot so Robbi's is missing out on our MONEY.

Rick, who gave Robbie's Reef a poor rating was there the first week they opened, and the first week any restaurant opens is a poor time to rate it. We waited a month after they opened and have now been there twice, both times for dinner. Is there a long wait for dinner? Yes, still. Why? Because word has gotten around and the locals have gone back and back causing long wait times. We knew about the long wait times for dinner, so the second time we went at 5:30, and were able to find a seat in the bar area - even at 5:30 the restaurant was full with a 45 minute wait for the restaurant area seating, so we opted for an open table in the bar area!

Food: The food was excellent, well prepared, and reasonably priced for the size of the dinner.

Service: Also excellent. The wait staff was very attentive, and seemed to work well together.

Negative: The restaurant was very noisy.

Had to wait more than 1 hr. to be seated and then the service was awful as well as the food. Can't believe that a restaurant of this size doesn't take AmEx because they think the fees are too high.
