During my recent visit to The Lakeview Bistro, I discovered that in the evenings, the restaurant transforms into a vibrant Mexican-themed eatery, complete with a special menu featuring authentic Mexican dishes and a lively jukebox playing favorite tunes. The food was surprisingly delicious, with standout items like Queso Fundido, Caldo de Pollo, Caldo de Fideo, and Roasted Elote offering a flavorful and homemade experience, although the chips were a bit stale. The service was friendly, and the overall dining experience provided a refreshing departure from the usual hotel restaurant ambiance.
