Liked the neighorhood feel of the establishment. Was in the area on business & tried it out on a recommendation.
The food was the usual sports bar like menu, but, exceptionally good. Had the all time favorite which was a burger and a beer. The burger had the old timey taste of one off the big flat grill in the back. It had goo flavor & not too greasy. The array of pool tables were well maintained for a crowd of serious players. The staff was friendly. A very pleasant young lady named Kirsten provided very proficient service with a welcoming manner & nice smile. She earned a good tip. It was overall a nice ending to a busy day. I will definitely make another visit to Sonny's when back in town.
