I had a fantastic time at Pop a Top during Bike Time in July 2012 - the wait staff were amazing, especially the ones wearing the jean cut outs. It's definitely worth checking out this bar for its cute and friendly staff, quick service, and fun events like the Chaps and Thongs night during Bike Time.
