My brother and I have attending NHRA weekend since 2004 . Many years ago we found Bluff City Diner by accident. Ever since then we stop in a couple of times during race weekend. I live in Massachusetts and travel through the area to Las Vegas or to Florida. Any time I'm in the area I stop in . Always a good meal and fun staff .

Found Bluff City Diner by accident a few years ago while in Bristol for NHRA drag racing weekend .I travel through the area often and meet an Army friend from Bristol in any time I'm in the area .Food is always good and the staff is great . Looking forward to my visits this year .

The Waitress Judy that works there is totally DISRESPECTFUL. She actually talks about her customers where they can hear her and not one bit friendly.

Great cheeseburger with home fries. Fresh hand formed patty cooked just right. Home fries were good.

Home cooking at its best, My folks never served food as bad as this to me. I had Cheeseburger with fries, not to hard right? well the bun felt like rubber in my mouth, the patty was bland and dry,the frozen fries ,that they probably got from the Freezer section of Walmart, weren't even cooked all the way. And this isn't my first time. Every time I go it gets worse the only reason I keep coming back is because the waitresses are very kind and makes it feel like someone in that restaurant give a crap about the service.

P.S If your looking for real "home cooking" try Dixie Outpost in Blountville Best BBQ around.

Good home cooking. Great breakfast served all day with tenderloin, country ham and country brown gravy. Highly recommend
