My cousin mentioned that this spot had mixed reviews due to changes from the past. Since I didn't have prior experience, I found the new menu to be quite enjoyable! I tried the turkey sandwich and found it to be tender and delicious, definitely planning to return. I visited Cookeville for lunch and wanted to explore local eateries, always a fun adventure when in unfamiliar towns. The food was delightful, with my fried chicken salad bursting with fresh veggies and flavors.

I stood in a cafeteria line for 40 minutes when the place was not even busy (15 customers max..) watching the owner talk down to the staff, I feel sorry for them. The hell they must go through. And the food was the worst I have had in cookeville. Dry pulled pork that probably had been sitting for atleast 3 days. And believe me, I have had some food from some pretty sh-tty places that didn't last in Cookeville that was WAYYY better than this "revamped" Bobby Qs. It is not and will never be the Bobby Qs that it was before. Sorry excuse to call it a barbecue joint. I highly recommend Highway 70 Barbecue, it is worth the extra drive. 10 minutes down the road.

Worst ribs I've ever had. Overcook from whenever they were cooked. Were not cooked recently. Very disappointing. The sides were fine. Big portions, but nothing special. Old location was better.
