Only left this review on this weak site because of the c**ty, entitled person's review from 2/22/21. It's obvious that there was bad weather and probably people should've stayed off the road, but this person got in their car and went. Because of the weather they were short-handed, hense the frazzled host, the piles of dishes and the dirty windows. Maybe people like you don't go to corporate restaurants when the weather is terrible and then they will stop putting profitability over safety. I've never gotten anything but delicious foods, quicky prepared by a staff embracing diversity and welcoming mine.

Attempted to visit this location on Saturday, 02/20/21. Because of the recent snow fall you'd think that the manager could have had a better sense to have shoveled a larger path for the customers to come into the restaurant. When inside of this place it was dirty & the windows were smeared & needed cleaning. If there are any corporate checks to Chili's locations this should be one of them. The seating hostess was a young lady that was a bit overwhelmed because there were so many people waiting for a table. The place was in disarray & there were lots of dishes piling up every where. My advise is to go to another Chili's location because the proprietor of this spot doesn't seem to care if it appears presentable. Shame on them!!!
