Felecia provides the best service in the city of Lebanon with a friendly smile and excellent menu knowledge, making every visit enjoyable. The chicken and rice soup is a must-try, and while some dishes like the spinach dip fall short, the overall food is good, reasonably priced, and served in a welcoming, clean atmosphere.
