I recently had an event at the Tea Parlor, everyone had the full tea & while the food was adequate most of it was prefabricated rather than prepared in the back. The service was also lacking, never once was given a refill & only one person at my table was offered one. Finally, upon doing the math for the final bill, I realized I was charged more per person than the agreed upon price.
