Everything was great except for one thing .
The shrimp that I ordered still had the feces (
Waste, excrement, toxins from unused food )
still in them. It is a long black vein, the length of
the shrimp and is supposed to be removed
before cooking. This is called deveining and
is a common health and safety practice. Your
restaurant is great and using the above safety
prep when preparing the shrimp would put
You and your sales above the rest. ThanÄ·s.

Very good . The only thing that I don't like is that sometimes they save the buffet food too long. Such as dishes containing broccoli, cabbage, or onions. Food items can only be reheated so many times before the texture,color,and taste start to change . The only other thing is the quality of the steak on the Japanese side. The steak has a blue tint to it, suggesting that it has been there way too long which makes it dangerous to serve to anyone. The shrimp appetizer is not completely deveined and this is considered very unappealing to Americans. The highest cost in this business is overhead so please do it wisely.

I've been eatin diamond house since i was a small child i love the family ran facility, food is absolutely to die for!! Will definitely continue to go there when wanting Chinese!!
