The most incompetent, unfriendly, and unhelpful people on the face of the planet (with the exception of Church Hill McDonalds and Snyder Memorial Gardens in Boone's Creek). Their online ordering system/app was having issues and wouldn't place my order. Called the store to place the order and the total was $18 more than what I was given online. (Yes the math was right online. It just wouldn't process the order upon checkout no matter which method I chose to pay). The manager stated the prices are different in the store than they are online (fully understand this) however, if they can't mstch the price because THEIR system was down and went to charge me $18

To finish that last sentence....because their system was down the want to charge me an additional $18 just because I had to call them to place my order is not fair. And apparently the manager had no problem with me canceling the entire $50 order because she couldn't do anything about the pricing. She actually laughed a little and told me to have a good night. Lazy, uncaring people like that will not help your store retain any customers since there are two other pizza places in this town and quite frankly the only reason I didn't go to Roma's (100 times better pizza then yours) is because I was craving chicken carbonara but because I wanted to use the drive through since Ive been dealing with my mothers unexpected passing and wasn't presentable to be seen in public. Lesson learned however. That manager just cost you two customers at least.
