We placed a takeout order after meeting up in Crossville for our Thanksgiving holiday, having traveled from Minneapolis and Atlanta. The variety of dishes we tried, including Sesame Tofu, Egg Fu Young, and Szechuan Beef, were all fresh and delicious. The restaurant, located near Buc-ee's off I-40, offers a diverse menu including sushi and Thai cuisine at reasonable prices with generous portions.

We are saying good-bye to Dynasty! The owner retired and the man who took it over is not running it at all like the previous owner. We ate there a few times a week. Since the new owner took it over, the service is terrible. The atmosphere is totally different. The servers are unfriendly and act like they hate their job. We always order the same thing and noticed the portions were getting smaller. Tonight we ordered our usual and couldn't believe how little we got. I decided to call and spoke to the new owner; I told him that we ate there quite a bit and always order the same thing and told him about the very small portions. He spoke with the cooks and said that the portions we got were what they always serve. What happen to the customer is always right? It would have been nice if he acted remotely appreciative of our business and wanted to compensate us with even a free dessert on our next visit. The sad part is he was unwilling to do something that would cost him a few bucks to save a very good customer. What a bummer!

First of all, I have heard great things about Dynasty. The food is good! However, I have been there twice. The first time there were 4 couples. Seven of the people at my table had almost finished their meal when mine finally arrived! No, sorry, just a smile from the waitress. The second time I had a visitor from out of state. We thought we would go there and go to the movie down the road after. We ordered and then waited and waited. Several couples that had come in much later than our group were served and we still waited. I finally said something to the waitress, we asked what the problem was and she informed the kitchen. A woman came out of the kitchen and scolded us for blaming the waitress. We did not blame her, we just asked what the problem was. After being scolded by this woman from the kitchen is was apparent that the waitress was avoiding us and sent another to give us the bill. I informed the second waitress that we were not blaming the original waitress but asked her what the problem was and got a snotty reply. So, my problem is that although the food is good, the service and customer service needs a lot to be desired.
