I used to love going to Garfield's o eat, including my fiance'. We went their yesterday and we were do disappointed. First when we got there, the hostess was standing around being very loud wih her coworkers. Second I noiced when we go seated, we prob should have been sa somewhere else by the look on he waitress face, named Jessica. She took our orders, did no write them down, had to come bck several times because she didnt remeber our order. Our drinks were not refilled, unil 15mins after they were empy and my fiance' needed some more coke & it never got refilled. It ook 45 mins to get our food. Now i ordered the steak with cheesefries special & i was so disappointed. The steak was ok but the fries were cold & you could tell hey had been sitting out for awhile. My fiance' ordered the chicken with the very good mashed potatoes & it wasn' t anything compared to wha we had last time, also he orderd a salad w it, and he never got it. The service was horrible & the hostess kept running around & singing here and here. I came to enjoy myself & I left there very frustrated. We didn't even wait for the check.
