Beware. No concern for customers. We’ve been customers for years when they were in their small place next door. We had a pick up order and when we got home they had given us ketchup instead of dressing. I called them and they said they would call back. Never a word. I called the manager and told him and he said that could never happen because they only give ketchup in the plastic containers to customers in the restaurant. He said he would give me some extra dressing next time I came in. What? We had no dressing on our salads we paid for. He said it could not happen the way I described and he was busy. This is sad and pathetic.

My sister was in town and wanted Italian Cuisine and immedately I knew I had to take her Giovannis. Food, as always, was outstanding! During the course of our meal, somehow I managed to loose my diamond pinkie ring. When I noticed it gone the following day, I called Giovannis. A waitress had turned it in to one of the owners. I cannot begin to express how happy and amazed I was ... there are still honest and helpful people out there. The ring was a very sentimental item to me and I was blown away by the kindness and honesty. I dine at Giovannis regularly and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Came bye to have lunch with a Sister and Sister in law.The owner came bye our table and asked how things were. Our lunches were all hot and fresh very good flavor. I had a meatball sub my Sister has Calzone and Other has a pasta plate in which she too loved we had a piece of cheesecake for dessert the waitress whom was my Niece did a very good job keeping us with water and tea and often seen her checking on other tables as well we will return often and bring in new people Thanks for a great meal
