I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant, thanks to the attentive and accommodating staff. The food was not only beautifully presented, but it also exceeded my expectations in taste. The comfortable surroundings and efficient service made the wait for our meal well worth it.

Wonderful! Great food, nice servers, I highly recommend it!

The food is average at best. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I've eaten at Guadalajara at least 20 times since it has opened hoping it would grow on me. It is one of the few restaurants available in the area. One time I came with a party of eight and was immediately seated at two separate tables due to "fire codes". The host never asked if we would be okay with it, he just seated us there and got snotty when we protested. I've have the same server on three separate occasions whistle at my table to get our attention! He then walks away with a smug smirk into the kitchen. I can't trust any food or drink he brings back to us because of the sly smirk he's wearing when he returns to my table! Lately, I've wondered if the Health Department tests food contents for body fluids or human waste. The staff here all have one thing in common, their rudeness. Only dine here if you're gathering samples for a science experiment.
I suggest Springfield's Elmolcajete. More authentic food with great service staff.
