Slowest place ever very poor customer service waited 25 mins to be seated took a party before us brought them their food left us still standing waiting to be seated only to be told we’re closing after we had stood there all this time.

I ordered from this IHOP on 1/8/2021 over a week ago and on the menu online was a Turkey Cheddar Club with Carved roasted turkey breast, White Cheddar cheese, custom-cured hickory-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato & mayo on grilled sourdough. $9.49. When I went to eat sandwich , what I got instead was a sandwich with ham, cheese onion NO mayo and lettuce . I called and spoke to the manager and was told that was a seasonal item and not suppose to be on menu.The sandwich I got I can't even find on the menu.Was told by the manager I would get my 9.49.back in 3-5 days. That has not happen and its been over 7 days since I called.I blame Grubhub also for NOT checking my food order against what they was sending me.I feel lied to and cheated cause I got a 55 + menu item that cost 6.29 which I ended up paying 21.12.My ordered number was # 1048640123. I am also going to report this Better business
