No lie, I literally just had the 'delivery driver ' call me to ask me if I will be giving a tip. I usually tip based on service and arrival of food. Some take out restaurants will either have you wait hours or the food will never arrive. I've actually never had a restaurant do this before. Hold your food hostage. I'm in shock really!!! Has anyone else ever experienced this??? I don't want to be dramatic, I'm simply in shock. This is the craziest request ever!!! He said that the food would be here in 5 minutes after I felt pressured to give a tip over the phone. of course, the food has not arrived.

Royal Stix,....Just an FYI! Be Careful!
Never trust your items you purchase within the brown bags! Make the personnel thoroughly show them to you. I have spent no less than $100.00 of take out each month sometimes more. I have been disappointed this time. I had my husband double check to make sure the server if everything was in the bag. Not so! Only to find out when he returned home. Don't make orders online either. (Tried many times to call in person and couldn't get through. Just a BUSY signal) It was the only reason I made an online order in the first place. If you order under the online Hibachi link, they will swear you didn't order Hibachi Rice. I even ordered it with extra mushrooms and onions. No one called me to see if the order was correct. Then my husband goes back to pick up the Hibachi Rice. I look at it and notice it's vegetable stir fried rice.
