If I could give a "0" I would. I called at 5:07 p.m. ordered a simple large cheese pizza Was told will be ready in 10 minutes. Called back 5:12 p.m. Arrived paid cashier and was told bread woukd be ready in 4 minutes. Waited 15 min. Then told same guy I would wait in my car right in front of door. He said it would be brought out. Waited 15 more minutes. Went inside ask about my pizza. He just looked at me no expressions. I then asked if it had been ready all this time? He responded, " Yes". I demanded a refund. Will definitely check my bank to make sure I get the refund. Tall dark hair with black glasses worst customers service ever!!! My charge is listed at my bank BUT NO REFUND the day after!!!
