I went last night to get a coffee and I have the app on my phone for them to scan and no one was at the first window so they took my phone (against McDonald's policy by the way)inside the store and walked away with it in the back.had it back here for over 5 minutes until I had to honk my horn and say I want my phone back.Them the window person was rude and smarted off said you gave me the phone I said not to take in the back!!So I left without anything because I sure wasn't giving them my card!!!
