On 4/12/2023, we visited Olive Garden Sevierville, TN. I had the Herbed salmon entree. All of the food was good tasting. My concerns were;
* I asked to replace the broccoli with fettuccine alfredo as I have done at
other Olive Garden restaurants. This is the only restaurant that saw fit to upcharge me ($3) for a simple modification. The request was made
upfront with the order arriving correctly.
We had heard from staff members a
while back that they had either a Corporate staffer or a consultant was pushing changes like this.
* Our waiter unfortunately replaced our unsweetened tea with sweet tea. He was very busy so we were not upset by this. But the sugar in the tea was like simple syrup,

I am local to the area and have gone to Olive Garden many, many times---the food is pretty good and usually the service is too. BUT TODAY, the service was beyond bad--more like pathetic....I am permanently handicapped from.a stroke and have fallen and fractured my knee cap. We told them we needed a booth and waited for.40 minutes for the booth. I am in a Full leg brace and using a Walker. After telling them what was needed initially and clearly seeing that I had a significant injury, they tried to sit us in a single seat booth where I could not elevate a leg. And there were plenty of full booths available. I do understand social distancing, but there were available full booths. Told a little blonde hostess, which I have never seen there before, that I just could not make the one Seaster booth work...Her comment was "You.will just need to get back on the wait list" Let me tell you their food is not THAT good! And their service was pathetic today...
I do not think I will ever go back there again. We will see how they fare if Mid Jan and Feb when all the visitors age gone.....
