The burgers and fries at Pal's are absolutely delicious, with perfectly seasoned, crispy fries that remind me of the best old-school fast food. Their drive-thru service is incredibly fast and efficient, making the wait time much shorter than expected even during busy hours. The unique regional flavors like Dr. Enuf and cheddar rounds add a special touch that keeps me coming back time and again.

I had an amazing burger at Pal's, a local favorite since I first tried it in 1991 during my med school days. The outdoor seating may be lacking, but the delicious burgers and fries more than make up for it. Located near ETSU, this gem offers fast, friendly service and a cool ambiance.
