On a Sunday morning, my daughter and I enjoyed a quick breakfast at Flapjacks, where we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious seating and impeccable service from our server Heidi, the huge portions of delicious avocado toast, Spanish skillet, and pancakes, and the cozy, festive atmosphere, making it a memorable experience that will definitely bring us back during our future visits to Gatlinburg.
