Service was horrible. My co-workers and I decided to go to Paulette's for lunch today. We hadn't been there in very long time and decided to go there today. We all orders the same dish, but I did not care for mine. I tasted it and immediately asked the waitress if I could change it for something different because I didn't like it. She said let me check and went and spoke with an older lady (the owner I'm assuming). The waitress came back to the table and said Paulette said you can get something else but you have to pay for both and walked off. I know I can pay for something else I was asking if I could send back the dish I didn't like and get something in it's place. So my co-workers continued to eat their food while I sat there. The waitress came back and cleared the table with the exception of my plate. The real reason we chose that location for lunch was because we all wanted dessert. After clearing my co-workers dishes the waitress never returned to our table to check on us or ask us if we would like dessert. We were watching her service the other tables. She asked them about dessert and carried on pleasant conversations with them. My co-worker attempted to stop her twice so that she could order dessert and she kept passing her by. All this time had passed by and my plate was still sitting in front of me. She never took my plate, she never apologized that I didn't care for the food and we were totally ignored. Then my co-workers and I remembered why we hadn't been there is a while POOR SERVICE. The owner sets the tone for workers, she watched our table from afar but never came to see what the problem with the food was. She just stoodt there watching us and talking to staff and other patrons. Paris doesn't have many options, but they do have options. Pass this place by and go somewhere, where customers are appreciated.

Great food. Hometown atmosphere. Friendly waitresses. Always remember your name and preferences. Best rolls anywhere around and love those salads.

The food here is delicious, starting with the homemade yeast rolls that are served with your beverage. Menu includes sandwiches, salads, casseroles---all homemade. And, the four-layer strawberry cake is to die for!!!!
