My husband and I went to Pizza Hut for lunch around 12:30. The fact that the place was nearly deserted should have tipped us off, but we wanted good pizza. We opted for the buffet, and since it was lunch time, we assumed we'd get fresh, hot pizza. What we got was old pizza that had obviously been under the heat lamp far too long. The pasta was gluey, the breadsticks were like little bricks and the toppings on the pizza were withered. I was afraid to finish my meal in fear that I would experience intestenal distress later on in the day. It was more like eating yesterday's leftovers than the hot, fresh pizza we were accustomed to getting from Pizza Hut. The decor was updated, but obviously the food was not. We won't be back until the food is up to standards to which we are accustomed from this chain.
