Bread is always stale. Sandwiches lack filling and you're not getting what you pay for. It's tasteless. It's dark and dreary in the shop and the employees seem to not be able to get out the door fast enough and that's the feeling that they don't care about the food or the customers. Not welcoming at all. You get better service and food from a pizza joint.
