Ordered Carside-To-Go twice. First time, no fries that were supposed to be included w/ burger. Second time, fries were cold and stale. Responded on Website, was contacted by some regional person who told me the situation would be looked into. Also stated local manager would be in contact, and offer some form of compensation. Never heard from anyone.
Insulting to first be ripped off, then lied to. Caveat emptor.
