I don't know what's up with this Panera in Oak Ridge TN. In the last 4 of the 5 times that I come, there is never any Hazel nut coffee at 8:30 in the morning.
Also my order is always wrong. I order 6 bagels, not cut put into a plastic bag. For some reason, maybe force of habit they cut the bagels and put it in a brown bag. I have to ask again if they can transfer it to a clear plastic bag so I can put it in my freezer.
The tables are usually clean but they forget to get the cookie crumbs off the seats.
