Being a Knoxville native I have been enjoying Chez Guevara (La Paz) for about 15 years. Occasionally, some time passes between visits and I wish I hadn't waited so long. The atmosphere is cool, it's always busy, and the service is very efficient. They tag-team each table with multiple servers and bussers so, you are not left waiting for service. Another thing about the service, some of the employees have been there for as long as I can remember.

My recommendations:
Go with a group or a date.
Share margaritas and spinach con queso.
Try the beef strip burrito!
Then repeat.
