Completely different experience from other reviewer... Food was good (they will make it as spicy or not spicy as you want), water glass always filled. English skills are a little low, but they will make sure you are taken care of.

Food is not fresh (maybe few days old) and badly cooked. The rice (steamed and fried) seems to be old and off. Waiter and especially the waitress are rude and barely speak English. Not recommend at all.
