Kays salted caramel is addictive! Dont let the low price fool you its much better than ben&j & you get ice cream instead of a big chunk of?.

I have loves chocolate chip icecream my whole life and when I thank of chocolate chip ice cream I thank chips all thru it little small chips every weres not these big chunks of chocolate that you have to bite and are hard as a rock you should not have to chew your ice cream up the box looks great how the ice cream should look in the inside but I'm very upset with this ice cream if I wanted vanilla ice cream and chunks of chocolate I'd bought just that. But I didnt . So there for I'll never by your ice cream again it's very misleading and frankly its n ok that good.

Very disappointed, I am a transplant from Chicago, I have bought your waffle cone ice cream from a grocery store 3 times, 3 strikes your out. Do not call it waffle cone as there is virtually no waffle cone in the ice cream. Maybe you need to check on your quality control personnel.

We took our 3 kids there last week for ice-cream as it’s a local mom and pop place and we believe in supporting those kinds of shops. I walked in at 5 with 3 kids and said at the counter “it’s nearly dinner time just get one scoop.” There was an employee standing RIGHT there with my 3 kids a foot or so away. So the youngest picked his flavor and said “one scoop please” I heard him. Not only that, his sister heard him too because trust me with a sister right next to him he wasn’t going to get MORE ice-cream than she was! Then when the kids were settled my hubby came up to order and asked for 2 and I told him “no the kids all got one, be a good example and get one.” That’s when the man behind the counter began to argue with me and make a scene right in front of my children. He argued and argued with me over one lousy scoop of ice-cream. I had over 60 dollars in cash so it wasn’t about the money; it was about how to treat a customer. When I went to pay I was trying to point out how I have customers at my own family run business and we would never act like that and he said “IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU COULD LEAVE AND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE" I was shocked anyone would act so inappropriate!!!! I will never ever go there and will take my kids to Sonic instead.

I brought my mom in today as i always do once a week. I wasn't satisfied with the fries, they were unfit to eat. I inquired with the manager the grease may need changed and her reply was " IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU COULD LEAVE AND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE" I asked for the man that owns the rest. she raised her voice and told me to leave and don't come back. I was devistated that a manager would act so inappropriate!!!! I will call the proper authorities that the food was unfit to eat since she obviously don't want to address the problem!!

My kids have been wanting to go there and eat. I told them how good the food and ice creams used to be when my mother took us there as kids. If people are being treated that way then I'm sure NOT taking my kids there. There is enough cruelty in this world! If your going to own a business treat people with respect! If your food tastes like crap then you should be willing to take the criticism and fix the problem!

I tried the Fried Bologna Sandwich, washed it down with a Small Diet Coke, and went away real happy to have only spent about $3.00! The sandwich was delicious and prepared with care. The staff was friendly and personable. I will definitely be going back tot try the burgers!
