For the second time I've ordered online and nothing has shown up it's been 3 hours and I keep getting put on hold and hung up on

Order a medium meat lovers and a medium mushroom and it was with out a doubt the worse 2 pizzas I ever had. They put some kind of pepper all around the crust it was terrible. Could not eat it.
