The food is NEVER fresh, the service is bad, and even the manager states that they are "allowed" to let the food stay out for 8 hours (regardless of how it looks). They wouldn't eat 4-8 hour food but they expect their customers to. Especially bad when it's take out and you don't realize that your food is stale till you get it home!!! Very unhappy with Arby's.
