Good Morning Everyone...
I'm looking for anyone that may have visited The Bayou Restaurant located @ 2094 Madison Ave, Memphis, TN 38104 and was treated unfairly in any form or fashion.
Yesterday after church services and winding down Our 40th Class Reunion Activities a group of my classmates and Myself went there to dine and were told by the Manager that he refused to serve us. And gave no legit reason why. We noticed that there were no other People of Color there. I'm making this post public and would ask for you all to share it and respond back if you or anyone else that you may know have had an unpleasant experience at The Bayou Restaurant. We as People of Color deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity that those of The Caucasian race are treated by the business establishments here in Memphis TN.
Boycott The Bayou and Houstons Restaurant until they change the disrespectful behavior that they display towards People of Color.
PLEASE SHARE!!!!!! Can't speak on the food or drinks because we were not allowed to dine there😡😡😡

The alligator nachos & chocolate pecan pie are to die for. Sweet tea is perfect. Love the fried oysters & the overall vibe.
