Very good food and service

Last night, my husband and I went to Corky's in Collierville for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service despite the limited staff. The two young ladies, both named Shalonda, went above and beyond to ensure all the diners were well taken care of. Even though the wait for our food was longer than usual due to the staff shortage, the dedication and professionalism of Shalonda P. and Shalonda D. made the experience enjoyable. Despite some changes in the menu, the delicious food and exceptional service from the new employees made us eager to return in the future.
