This establishment exudes a laid-back vibe, with patrons who appear well-acquainted with each other. I was invited by a friend to visit this bar for the first time, and found the ambiance to be reminiscent of a bygone era, with lively conversations and classic tunes filling the air. The Getaway, my preferred 24-hour sports bar in town, offers a range of entertainment options including pool tables, dart boards, and TVs broadcasting various sports events, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere thanks to its friendly staff and diverse clientele.
