The wings and catfish I had were absolutely fantastic, with the honey hot flavor really standing out. I often fly in and out of Memphis, but I make it a point to stop at Hot Wings Xpress for a quick meal when I can. While there can be some inconsistencies, the seasoned wings and mild options are delicious, so calling ahead for a quicker experience is a good idea.

The catfish and honey hot wings at Hot Wings Xpress were amazing and delicious. Although there have been occasional consistency issues, overall, the food is worth the wait.

The food here is good. My favorite is the honey hot tenders or wings and the fried okra.
