I understand the mixed reviews, but I have loved this burger joint for years, both for the food and the atmosphere. The service is consistently great, and during my recent visit on Halloween, our server Johnathan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Although the sweet potato fries were a bit cold, the overall experience was fantastic, with delicious food and a fun vibe making it a must-visit for me whenever I'm in Memphis.
