They have pretty good good Pho. Haven't tried anything else there.

I've been eating here for years. At least one reviewer on this site did not like the way they answer the telephone. If I walk in, the waitress will ask, "Same ting?" If I nod, I'm presented with Iced Tea, then spring rolls followed by the best Banh Mi in the city. If I say, "Not today." She asks if I want a menu. I may order one of 5 or 6 other entrees and appetizers, or just iced coffee. Or I may get a menu to help me decide. It's a shame this woman who submitted the earlier review is depriving her children of the experience of trying things in person. I've never been in the restaurant when children were not present. They seemed to be happy.

Was thinking of meeting some friends there later today as I was told this was their favorite Vietnamese restaurant. We have young children and so, wanted to see a menu in order to decide if there's something for youngsters with appetites unfamiliar with this sort of cuisine. Called the telephone number, only received a flat "Hello." I then asked, "Is this the restaurant?" to which the phone was promptly slammed down and hung up. Hit redial to which this time, the woman answered "Kien Giang." I explained that I was hung up on (no apology was forthcoming) and asked if I might have a menu faxed to me. The answer, "We don't have." I asked, "You don't have a menu?" Reply: "We don't have menu." I asked again, "This is a restaurant and you don't have menus?" Again, "We don't have menu." I said something like, "Okay then..." and terminated the call. So we won't be eating there ever with these sorts of rude and brusque responses. What's more, they don't seem very interested in generating new business. Good luck to them then. They'll need it ... along with a lesson in manners.
