i ABSOLUTELY LOVE MELANIES. MY FIRST TIME GOING WAS BACK IN MAY OF 2007. THE BEST SOUL FOOD EVERY JUST LIKE GRANDMA'S. IT'S 2011, SO ILL BE BACK IN MEMPHIS IN MARCH AND MELANIES WILL BE ONE OF MY STOPS

Melanie's was recommended to us by friends in CA so we were determined to eat here. We didn't know that the closed at 4 p.m. and it was 3:30 but they said, "Come on!" and we are happy we did. They waited for us, they fed us well, treated us like family, wouldn't take our money and then their daughter drove us back to our hotel! Talk about southern hospitality...we love Melanie's and will dine there as often as we return. Thank you so much! Annandale, VA

My family has eaten at Melanie's for many years. The food is fantastic. The homey, friendly staff make the eating experience a happy one. We go to Melanie's for Sunday dinners. I highly recommend Melanie's to you. Tell Michael you read about it from me.. Enjoy!!
