I ordered a burger and a couple of sides at 8:06 for my hungry son. Only did so as it was late and I didn't want to have to cook once at home. Was told it would be ready by 8:40. Was told that if it was ready earlier which it would likely be, they would bring it out to me in curbside pickup. I asked twice if I needed to call to see if my order would be ready and was told no. We arrived at curbside pickup at around 8:20. There were three or four other cars. At 8:56 I finally called the restaurant back. They immediately brought out my cold food saying the cameras were not working. The food was disgusting. They forgot my ketchup so I had to go back into the restaurant to get some. There was one only one family inside eating. If you know you have people waiting on food that is ready why not just look out the window? Will never eat at O'Charley's again.
