As a certified Kansas City Barbecue Judge with a discerning palate, I found the Memphis-style barbecue here exceptionally flavorful, especially the tender ribs with their well-balanced spicy sauce and the creamy potato salad. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, including a meaty pork sandwich topped with coleslaw, tasty seasoned fries, and surprisingly good BBQ spaghetti, all complemented by friendly and welcoming service that made the experience even better. Although some dishes had a bit of heat that I would adjust next time, the overall quality and southern hospitality made this a memorable dining experience worth repeating.

The service and food at Pollards were absolutely outstanding. As a certified Kansas City Barbecue Judge, I have high standards when it comes to barbecue, and I must say that the Memphis style barbecue I had here was truly exceptional. The rib plate with onion rings and potato salad was a definite highlight, and the ribs were tender and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough!
